Student ID, Parking Permit, & Campus Living Checklist
Student ID
To live on Campus, students must have a Student ID. This is required to get meals in the dining hall. Students must have a bank account to get a Student ID. To set up bank account information, go to the Student Portal, Campus Connect, on the top left corner of this web page. You have to choose a refund option. You can choose the option to have the refund directly deposited into your own personal bank account or you can choose the option to open a student checking account with Herring Bank. To open a
student checking account with Herring Bank, you must have a VALID STATE ID, DRIVERS LICENSE or a PASSPORT. The College Green Debit Card will be mailed to the student. The refund option has to be done prior to getting the Student ID. The Student ID鈥檚 are located in the Student Life Building. If the Student ID gets lost, there is a $5.00 replacement cost, paid at the Business Office.You will use your Student ID often, so make sure to carry it with you at all times. You will be able to use it to:
-Access meals in the dinning hall
-Check out books from the library
-Attend athletic events
-Receive student discounts from participating merchantsParking Permit
Students living on Campus will also need a parking permit. Fill out the parking permit application and call the Business Office, 254-442-5051, to pay the $10 parking permit fee. The parking permit stickers are also located in the Student Life Building.

Campus Life
Dining
The dining hall is located on the north end of Wrangler Hall and serves three meals per day Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday a long brunch is served along with an evening meal. Dining services are provided by Great Western Dining.
Supervisors
Each residence hall is supervised. The supervisor assists with various residential needs and monitors conduct.
Mail
The campus post office is located in the Student Union Building. Residential students should check periodically for mail.
Laundry
Free washers and dryers are located in each residence hall--no quarters necessary!
Cable TV
Extended cable and connections are provided in each room in the residence halls.
Internet
Wireless internet is available in the Cyber-Cafe located in the Student Union Building and in the Library and surrounding area. Computer stations are available in the library and computer lab. All residence halls have wireless capability!
Student Union Building (SUB)
The SUB is at the heart of the 星空无限传媒 campus. In it you will find a TV lounge with wireless internet, pool tables, ping-pong tables, the bookstore with attached mini convenience store, and the mailroom.
Recreational Sports
A recreational sports field and an outdoor basketball court are located at the west end of campus.

NO MATTER WHEN YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE THIS CAMPUS OR IF YOU ARE RELEASED FROM A PROGRAM, YOU HAVE TO CHECKOUT!
THE DORM SUPERVISORS HAVE THE CHECKOUT SHEETS OR YOU CAN PICK ONE UP IN THE STUDENT LIFE BUILDING. THE CHECKOUT SHEETS HAVE TO BE SIGNED BY THE STAFF.
IF YOU DO NOT TURN IN A COMPLETED CHECKOUT SHEET YOU WILL BE FINED AND HAVE A HOLD PLACED ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR IMPROPER CHECKOUT.
YOU ALSO HAVE TO TURN IN YOUR DORM KEY. IF YOU DO NOT RETURN YOUR DORM KEY, YOU WILL GET FINED AND HAVE A HOLD PLACED ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
LEAVING YOUR DORM KEY IN THE ROOM IS NOT A PROPER CHECKOUT AND YOU WILL BE FINED AND HAVE A HOLD ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR IMPROPER CHECKOUT.

Residential Life
Women enrolled at the 星空无限传媒 campus live in Bivins, Memorial or Nance Hall, while men live in Cluck, Wrangler, Presidents or the Rodeo House. The residence halls house approximately 363 students and provide rooms furnished with beds, dressers, desks, chairs and closets. All residence halls are supervised, and have wireless capability. The cost of living in the dorms or rodeo house include the price of the meal plan which is 19 meals a week. Please note any unused meal plan swipes are not carried over to the following semester or refunded.

Note that beds fill quickly, complete your application process early. Submission of the residence hall application does not guarantee the student a bed. Residence Halls
Bivins Hall
$2,250/ semester
Generally houses the women鈥檚 basketball and volleyball teams as well as athletic trainers. Two women per room share a bathroom with suitemates. Some three-person rooms are available.
Cluck Hall
$2,150/ semester
Each building consists of two-person rooms and community showers and restrooms. Cluck houses the men鈥檚 baseball team, while Wrangler houses Band, Athletic Trainers, Cheerleaders and other students.
Memorial Hall
$2,150/ semester
Consists of three-person rooms and community showers and restrooms. Memorial houses the women's soccer team.
Nance Hall
$2,250/ semester
Two women per room share a bathroom with suitemates. Nance houses Women's Softball, Dance, Cheer, Band, Rodeo and other students.
President's Hall
$2,250/ semester
Houses the men's football team. Two men per room share a bathroom with suitemates. Some three-person rooms are available.
Rodeo House
$2,550/ semester
Wrangler Hall
$2,150/ semester

Residential Checklist
Before heading off to school, be sure you bring a few things with you and leave a few things at home!
Essentials
- Bedding for extra-long twin beds, including mattress pad, blanket, two or three sheet sets, pillow, pillow cases. (If you already have deep pocket twin sheets, those work well on the extra-long twin beds.)
- Towels and wash cloths
- Laundry bag, detergent and dryer sheets
- Alarm clock
- Broom, dust pan, cleaning supplies
- Waste basket
- Medication and first aid supplies
- Bath bucket with personal necessities, including soap, shampoo, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.
- Study supplies, including paper, pen, pencils, stapler, blank CDs, etc.
- Suitcase or trunk with lock for protection of valuables
- Current Drivers License or State ID
